If you love Yoga and you love to be pampered, you’re in for an afternoon of pure indulgence.

Absolute Bliss
It brings me such joy to offer this Retreat...
time you can spend just for you...
the ultimate nurturing experience to unwind, calming your mind and body ~ releasing stress and tension, allowing it to drift away, as you slow down in this soothing mini retreat designed to restore and rebalance your body and rest your busy mind.
... so what can you expect?
Here in my beautiful studio in Wonga Park or Wonga Paradise, as I like to call it, overlooking the picturesque Yarra Valley, we’ll begin with a few minutes of reflection to set your intention for the day, before settling into a restful meditation. From here we’ll move through a gentle Yoga practise to release any excess energy.
With your mind calmed and centred, we’ll pause for a cuppa and a bite to eat before sinking into a gentle and nourishing restorative yoga practice.
Restorative yoga is a deeply restful practice, where your body and mind are invited to move into the state of ‘rest and digest’. With the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets you will explore various poses for extended periods of time, inviting your body to move into a place of deep rest.
Following the restorative practice, feeling deeply rested, we’ll transition into Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” is a soothing practice of guided meditation taking you on a journey into your inner self. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional stillness.
The retreat will conclude with a few minutes to reconnect with the group and reflect on the time spent together.
Through this nourishing combination of setting intentions, meditation and yoga, you will feel more clear, connected and ready to face the week ahead.
Take some time for yourself.
Go deeper and explore a greater sense of peace and tranquillity within.
This event is suitable for all ages and abilities. No previous experience is necessary.
All equipment will be provided - mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets... however if you prefer to use your own, you are very welcome to bring whatever you need.
The location of the Retreat will be provided on booking.
